MDTL is committed to:

  • Good professional practices and compliance to applicable regulations to ensure the quality of operations in its testing, inspection, and conformity services.
  • Implement management system as per ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 13485, as applicable, to generate technically valid data and results.
  • Ensure that all personnel involved in the quality of operations familiarize with the policies and procedures of the management system and implement the same in their work.
  • Produce reliable test results by combining processes, that promote efficiency, with technology that is appropriate to meet laboratory goals, and operated by staff who are trained and competent to perform work.
  • Provide the services in accordance with applicable national and international standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining independence, impartiality and integrity in its operations, and improving its management system continuously.

Risk Management Policy

We, At MDTL are committed to provide Accurate, Precise Performance Test results of Medical Devices without any error to the Customer. To minimize, monitor, and control the probability of unfortunate events and Potential of Errors, we will determine criteria for risk acceptability; ensuring that these criteria are based upon applicable International, National and/or Regional Regulations and relevant International Standards, and also taking into account the scope of the project or experiment. Define the purpose of the project, where, when and how will the work be done, and who will do the work.

Ascertain the level of their knowledge, skills and expertise. We will review the suitability of the risk management process at planned intervals to ensure continuing effectiveness of the risk management process and document any decisions and actions taken thereof.

  • Comply with all laws, regulations and other standards relating to the environmental aspects to which the Laboratory subscribes and, where possible, aim to exceed the minimum requirements.
  • Manage, monitor and reduce the environmental impact of our Testing Laboratory operations.
  • Aim to continuously improve our environmental performance and where possible within the Testing Laboratory commit to the prevention of pollution.
  • Minimize the consumption and wastage of natural resources as far as reasonably and economically practicable.
  • Minimize waste and take every opportunity to reduce, reuse and recycle any waste that we do generate.
  • Make staff and visitors aware of MDTL environmental policy and its rationale through effective communication, training for staff and by encouraging participation and commitment.
